For math standardized testing I think the best way to study if you know the basics, which hopefully you do, is to work on quickly analyzing the wording of the question so that you can seperate out the information being given and the question being asked. It seems like you may be getting confused by the questions rather than the concepts. I would spend my study time working on practice tests starting untimed and working up to timed. Take each question and write out on a sheet of paper exactly what you think is being asked and exactly what is being given as information. It would be best to have a partner who does well on this type of question review with you if you know such a person. I am a firm believer that quant scores can be improved by a more methodical approach to understanding the question.
