does anybody else have any feedback on the SC1000 book? I've been looking for it in New Delhi but am out of luck. Please let me know what you think of this book and whether its worth it for me to get it. I'm rewriting and would want to push my verbal beyond 41/42 (got 38 last time without reading anything on SC, so doing it more systematically this time with Manhattan's SC book as well).

Any advice would be great on SC. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your story, it is inspiring. I learned a couple of similar lessons to you (though I only scored 730) - namely my biggest improvement came in a relatively short span of time, when i was studying the hardest. The second thing we have in common is that I tried to only use official GMAC questions near the end. Using the real deal makes a big difference.
