f(x)=f(x-1)

Using option D f(x)=x^2(1-x)^2

assume x = x f(x)=x^2(1-x)^2 (I)
assume x = 1 -1 then f(1-x)= (1-x)^2*(1-(1-x))^2=(1-x)^2*x^2 (II)

(I) and (II) are same
hence D
