IMO (A) is best.

We need present tense "are", so B,C,E are out.
Needless to say D sounds awkward and unidiomatic.

A for me. Also, I think there is a typo. Right after the underlined portion, it should read "the Americas".

Only A makes sense. Others have enter entering etc.
