My GMAT was in DEC' 2013 and below is my score card. I want to do MBA with specialisation in technology so that I can put my past experience to use and hold a position of greater responsibility. Request suggestions related to the schools that I can target depending on my score/ profile and hold a good chance of getting through. Geography is not a limitation till the ROI is good, though the preference is USA, Singapore and ASIAN countries in the order.

OA - 680

Nationality : Indian

Experience :
-40 months in a leading IT MNC.
-Working on a prominent banking software called Finacle and work involves customizing the software as per clients' requirements.
-I mostly work on UNIX coding and performance optimization.
-Have already worked on 3 projects with clients in Turkey, India and USA.
-Have travelled to Istanbul and worked with the client on my very first project, 3 months after the joining.
-Solely carried out a POC(proof of concept) at client side and the success was appreciated by the client.
-Awarded for the contributions made to the project.
-Published a research paper for the internal use of the organization that is accessed throughout the organization on a regular basis.
-Associated with few philanthropic drives organised by the organization.

Undergraduation :
-B.Tech in IT from a well know deemed university.
-GPA 3.2
-In the 7th sem took up a project in web development that aimed at tutoring children suffering from autism.
-Visited many NGOs and schools for such special kids and took the project to the final stage after the research work.
-Selected for internship program by my present employer and was later offered the proposal of employment.

Extra Curriculars :
-Been the member of the Youth Club of my institute and organized many events.
-Leading choreographer and organised many dancing competitions and participated in inter college competitions.
-Often travelled to different universities to represent my institute in dancing competitions and won many awards in the same.
-Leading singer and won awards in singing competitions.
-Represented my institute in several solo singing competitions.
-Maintain a channel on youtube and keep uploading my dance videos and recordings that are viewed on a regular basis.
-Have already lived in 5 different states in India(for a minimum span of 1 year) and one trip to Istanbul.
-Good in getting acclimatized quickly and aware of several cultures and lifestyles in different states in India. Good in getting along with people coming from different walks of life and cultural backgrounds with least efforts.

Presently on the basis of my research I have come up with the below list of schools that I want to apply to. Can you please comment on the predictability of my making it through any of these institutes. I have learnt these schools are good for information management but want to know your views as well. Please advice.

-Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University
-UCLA Anderson school of management
-Ross school of Business - Michigan
-Georgetown University(McDonough School of Business)
-University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill(Kenan-Flagler Business School)

PS : Also, please suggest the institutes that you find better for me as per my chances of getting through. Please respond for any additional information that I might have missed out.

Your list is within reach for the most part, although your applicant pool is very deep, so you may want to add a few more schools in such as UNC Keenan Flagler, Georgia Tech Scheller, and Indiana (Kelley). You are right on the edge of average GMAT, so your score will neither help nor hurt you. If you want it to help, you might consider upping your GMAT score . Your work experience and involvement/engagement rating will be high which is good. Make sure you can clearly articulate your goals and how your experience has helped prepare you not only for the b-school academics, but also for your post MBA career. Employability is huge issue in US schools for international students, so make sure you can demonstrate you will be able to get a job afterwards, and it might help if you have HB1 Visa squared away.
