# GMAT AWA bummer

I just got my official score report today.... ended up with a 3.5 on AWA.. totally crushed. (its like the 19th percentile)

Somebody please tell me the awa is not all that important..

If I remember right, you had more than a great GMAT score - right? In such a case I don't think this AWA score would matter much. Anyways, make sure you pen excellent essays and make this a no-issue!

Thanks for the encouragement GSR... makes me feel better already..

Hmm. maybe it was becasue i wrote my essays just like i write in these forums.. i wonder what all those essay readers and the computer think when they see 'u', all these '.....' etc.. goddamit, the GMAT needs to catch up with today's internet language...

Just kidding.... i guess i got what i deserved, dammit there i go again with all those dots....
