Examples of Actions That Will Lead to Disciplinary Response

bb Bunuel
I was wondering if it's fine to post the official explanations (written by the prep companies) for the forum questions. I wanted to post some but wanted to check before doing so.

I believe it should be fine as long as we reference the company's name but I want to confirm that. I noticed that Bunuel and others do so. For example: https://gmatclub.com/forum/a-state-gove ... l#p2098994

Thanks!

The rule is that if you post someone else's work, you should provide due credit so that it is clear who posted it. It is good for multiple reasons - for one, if a prep company posts that solution, it is likely been thought through, reviewed and evaluated multiple times (meaning higher quality than just someone whooping something on a subway ride) and two, it is their work, and credit is due.

Thx.

P.S. The above rule mostly referred to posting of PDF and other copyright infringing materials. We do not allow those on GMAT Club.

bb

I have a pdf which is a collection of questions (approximately 80 questions) from various resources such as Manhattan (primarily), Veritas, and some official.

I have only written my own solutions to all those problems. Is it within the rules to post that pdf as a new post in GC quant forum?

I also wish to make a QUANT Video solution thread of OG problems and wish to know if this too falls within the rules
