When I was signing up to mba.com months ago, I have tried to type my exact name and surname; both my name and surname include non-English latin characters from Turkish. I typed my name correctly using non-English characters like "ü" and "ı" and box didn't reject saying "invalid character". When I type "ş" which is in my surname, it rejected saying "invalid character" so I typed "s" instead of "ş" which I normally type in such situations and never faced a problem. Now, when I was checking again I saw in the name section that if my name information does not match "EXACTLY" with the ID I present, I can't be able to take the exam. I wonder if this "s" and "ş" difference will be a problem. I have sent an email to mba.com about name change 3 days ago but they still didn't respond me and they look like they are not going to respond soon, because of the intensity. I am planning to take a date, within next week. So do you think should I keep taking my date?

Moreover, in my passport, in the section below the page with the picture, my name and surname is coded in only english characters with the addition of "tur" standing for "turkey" at the beginning of my surname. So, my actual surname is "şen" as it is in all of my IDs except in the below part of passport, it is "tursen" there. So if I face a problem with proctor about my surname mismatching before the exam, I can show the below part of the page to match my surname and upper part of same page to show my name since my name is recorded in my profile as it is in my ID. Do you think this would work or should I wait for a response from MBA.com?

File comment: I have taken an ss when I was signing up to be able to present as an evidence, but probably this is not an evidence.

I got a mail from Pearson VUE now, since I didn't send them my details (mba.com ID number, phone number, registration number), they respond my case with a general requirement. Here is their response:

"Our system does not recognize foreign characters, only Roman characters. The foreign characters from your name must remain registered in our database with their equivalents from the Roman alphabet. Be assured, having your name listed this way in our database will not prevent you from taking the GMAT exam."

I will register for my exam.
