I finished junior year with a 2.8 cumulative GPA. Upward trend and I think it should go up by senior year.
I don't have a very strong foundation in accounting (Math major and have taken Financial Accounting, Macro/Micro Econ, and Corporate Finance).
What would I need to get on the GMAT to have a chance at UNC's accounting program.
I'm hoping to bring my GPA up to ~3.0 by the time I graduate.
(I'm using a friend's account- I haven't taken the GMAT yet.)

I just graduated from UNC's MAC program. I would say with a 3.0 GPA you should aim for a least an average GMAT score for the program...which I think now is around a 640. The higher the better. I think the two biggest admissions factors are your GPA and your GMAT.
