Have you seen anything like this? To whom should I go to get this resolve?

Hello erictse1103 ... welcome to the community.


They are working perfectly fine for me.
Sometimes this happens during their maintenance window. So you can try some common stuff ....refresh the browser. delete cache, reboot machine etc.......

Have you tried accessing the tests from another browser/computer/internet connection? Just checking.

Sometimes this may happen temporarily. Most of the times it works fine!!

Hey, I'm having this problem myself right now. I'm using Chrome but tried Firefox and Safari but no luck with either. Anyone had any insight on fixing this issue?

There have been more reports about this issue in the last 5 or so days. It seems like it may be a problem that has come back en mass. This does not seem to be something that is one's browser issue (which does happen sometimes). The best path is to ping GMAC via social media or contact support. They are slow to respond unfortunately.
