Gmat Online Appointment - mba's.com profile: Error has occurred

Hi Mizar18,

Even I have my appointment tomorrow, although I don't see any error listed under my profile. You might want to try after some time, shouldn't be a blocker though, as your appointment's visible, so I guess even if this is persistent tomorrow, it shouldn't not allow you to launch the exam. Although I'd suggest do not take a chance, just contact GMAC if possible.

P.S. I would not worry about it. That seems to be likely a browser error (you can try a diff browser to login and see if you have the same issue). I checked my mba.com profile but no error is shown.

Got to call GMAC and GMAT customer care support dozens of times, but is already solved. phew, what a way to add anxiety to test takers.

Well, I did the following:

1) I drop them an email at customercare@mba.com, and
GMATCandidateServicesAmericas@pearson.com, telling them about the issue. No response.

2) I called several times, but they just answered one call and they "suggested" me to contact GMAC support, not GMAT one. I kept calling GMAC support but they never responded but I left them a voice message stating that my issue was pretty urgent.

3) I also was chatting with one support guy @ mba.com but he also recommend me to contact GMAC support by phone because he was not able to see "any" issue.

So my guess is that either it solved by itself or someone listened to my voice message/read my email.

95% likelihood it just resolved by itself. I have never heard of their support moving so quickly 😂

Hi All,

I'm now getting the same error posting here as it was the top result on google for it. Anyone else seeing this?

I've tried on PC and Mac, Chrome, Safari, and Edge, fully wiping my browser data beforehand. Also tried with/without VPN. I don't think the issue is from my end

I logged a ticket with their zendesk system - taking the exam in 3 days and was hoping to get another practice test in...
