We are attending a GMAC webinar for the Test Prep Companies (thanks GMAC for including us in that). Reporting live here... so pardon for typos

The first message is that the content, questions, scoring and everything else about the Quant and Verbal sections will be the same. Nothing will be changed for this test from the standpoint of difficulty/etc.

P.S. Online whiteboards are here to stay and no solutions appear to exist to change that. sorry folks :(

From GMAC: Mouse is allowed. Touchpad is allowed

Stylus or electronic input devices such as drawing boards are not allowed.

If we are not allowed to cancel the at-home GMAT scores, does this mean business schools will be able to see both scores if we choose to take it again at a test center?

What an awful decision by GMAC/Pearson. For a company that is all about being at the forefront of accessibility in testing, they're making a pretty inaccessible assessment - and thus, making b-school even more elite than it already is. Tsk tsk.

We are going to record the webinar audio and will attempt to do video as well but the audio is breaking pretty badly.... so it is going to be a tough audio to listen to. They only had 1,000 spots :roll: :roll: :roll:

Guys, from what I could hear in the webinar, GMAC seems to be fixated on the online scratchpad thing! We thought they will take our opinion. But seems like they are confident about it. Bad news!

Thank god... it was a massive waste of time where the online webinar was full (did they not get a commercial lisc?), and the phone line was incomprehensible 50% of the time.... To top it off, the guy basically read off the webpage, and totally avoided addressing the massive dinosaur in the room - their ridiculous whiteboard!
