Could someone help me with this question?
Specifically, why is it possible to determine rail has an advantage in terms of "Transportation cost per unit of freight"?

In "business consultant" tab it says that aggregated average cost is lower for all rail shipments

it is not possible to determine rail has an advantage in terms of "Transportation cost per unit of freight"? But It is also not possible to determine the converse. That's where you missed the point.
