I can't recommend it enough - I think it's a fantastic option. I can speak mostly to the quantitative program, because I didn't study for the verbal. (Actually, I did use the AWA preparation from the site, and it was very good). I was starting basically from scratch, as I've been out of school for an awfully long time and I didn't get much math there anyway.
Sounds like you're mostly into the probability module on the quant side anyway. I ran short of time in my GMAT studies, and didn't pick up probability until two days before the test. Even with that, I was able to get a great amount out of the material. I was thinking of postponing the test to get more done on that module, but I really wanted to get it over with.
I did end up getting one or two probability questions (can't quite remember, it's a bit of a blur) on the test. Of course, I can't know that I got them right, but I felt pretty comfortable with them. And I started with absolutely zero knowledge of probability questions, so that says something.
Great program! I would recommend it with no reservations. Good luck with the studying!
