Hey All,
I attempted the GMAT in May and scored 640(Q44/V35)
I have scheduled my GMAT for Dec 3rd, firstly because I live in a dead city(deadmonton, popularly known as edmonton). Well the test centre here has no exam dates for all of October and November, the earliest I could schedule was Dec 3rd.I did not want to go to another city and do the exam as this would cost me approximatley CAD500 not to mention the stress of travelling and figuring out a new place etc.

Anyway I have been studying or trying to fit studying into my busy schedule, for the past two months. I have additional responsibilities at work and if I need good recommendations or keep my job I need to work pretty darn hard. For the past two months I have been reviewing my GMAT challenges and doing a couple more. At present I am reviewing my basics in Quant and going throught the OG. I have been achieving a 90-95% hit rate. I should finish this tomorrow. Next week I hope to review my Verbal basics and practice through the GMATTER. I believe in order to improve the verbal section I need to practice, reading and learning strategies can only help initially(correct me if I am wrong) Well by the end of October I hope to finish all the GMAT challenges, 10 remaining and also go through atleast 200 questions in the verbal section, 20 a day in each section and days in between to review.

Well in November I plan to do full length exams thus building my stamina. I noticed one such individual who posted here attempted 16 CAT exams and had a phenomenal score. I would like to go throught the GMAT PREP and MGMAT exams again, since I did these during my first attempt and scored between 640-750.

However, I am getting bored!!!! I know stupid isnt it!! But it is so hard to stay focused and I just feel like giving the exam tomorrow and getting it out of my life!!

Anyway, given this plan does anyone know of any other resources besides the challenges and the FOCUS that I can use for harder Quant questions? Also can I take the GMAT FOCUS tests more than three times?

Well, I would truly appreciate your advice, and if I can help anyone in any way please feel free to ask. I have kept away from the forum for a while, as I was trying to focus on my self study. But now I am back !!!

Goodluck folks in your applications and the GMAT!!

Thanks.
