Hi all,

I am looking for a good book, flashcard, or pdf/doc file etc. that contain GMAT vocabulary.

Could you please recommend me something? (I am not native English speaker)

This is probably a good place to start, as it contains some files and discussion on the topic.

But I'm not so sure whether specifically studying a comprehensive GMAT word list will be worth one's time. It's important to have a firm understanding of vocabulary, of course, but this might serve more as a distraction.

Hi all,

Thanks for your reply. According to you, are the two links below good source to learn GMAT vocabulary?

http://www.scientificamerican.com/
http://www.nytimes.com/

Thank you very much.

Judging by the names of the two links above, these are word lists for a magazine and a newspaper, yes? I'm fairly certain that there will be a high level of overlap among all the sources. But if you insist on this path, then just stick with the GMAT-specific content for now at least. You could, of course, read some articles from the New York Times and and Scientific American. Again, please don't invest too much time on the vocabulary.
