is it E?
"geared toward" and also "parallelism" are the two issues here.

Sports Medicine Programs - so should be are
Eliminates A and B
D is eliminated since it is syntactically wrong.
Between C and E, E is the correct one (In C to enhance is wrong).

What is the OA?

Yes OA is E. But my question is wht is wrong with C? as quoted by tharunv,C is wrong bcos of usage of "to enhance". wht is wrong with this usage?

Problem of C is not "gear to"

its the use of "their"

C is also not parallel

E is more clear as "them" clearly referring to Subject/Noun
