Can you please explain the reasoning

Hi Bharath99 ,

Here I go:

As per the meaning of the sentence, we are comparing the dispositions of one dog with the dispositions of other breeds.

Also, more should have than with it when used for comparison.

Golden and Labrador Retrievers have enjoyed wide popularity as guide dogs because their dispositions are more suited to companion work than most other breeds.

A. than --> It means disposition is compared to other breeds. Out.

B. than is true of --> is true of?? What is true of? Incorrect.

C. than are those of --> 'are those of' means are the disposition of other breeds. Hence, correct.

D. in comparison to --> than missing.

E. as compared to --> than missing.
