Hi

My undergraduate GPA was 3.40 (from a challenging undergraduate program: Engineering Physics): 1st half 3.20 while 2nd half 3.60. My graduate degree, I received 3.83 (Electrical Engineering). Will admissions focus more on my undergraduate or graduate GPA? Is my undergraduate GPA inline with the average of the top 10 schools?

Please advise.

Cheers,
Rigger

That's a competitive GPA for top schools. They will focus on the undergraduate grade trend first, then the GGPA. You're fine in the GPA dept.
