Yeah, I was expecting to get around 750-770, based off of my practice exams. I would have to have a really good day to do better than that, so I don't think an extra few points would make much of a difference. I'm guessing that it's just not worth it for me to retake in this case. Good point about the adcoms looking at it as a bad thing, too. I didn't really even think about that.

I am not sure that I have heard of adcoms looking at multiple scores as negative. There are definitely plenty of examples of people getting in with multiple scores (even lower second scores). Do you have a reference to where you have read it? How do you know this information?

I am not arguing that anyone should retake for no reason but I am curious about the information how you deducted that Ad Coms will view multiple scores as a negative. I guess this assumes that they actually review score reports instead of having an admin verify that the self-reported scores match the reported scores.

I think it was more of the fact that he already had a 730 and was retaking (which might lead adcoms to think that he is too "academic" or something along those lines)

It will work if you update your profile! Top right corner, and upgrade to the advanced profile, choose 2+2 HBS as your school and fill out your stats.

I did all that stuff to get added to the list more than a week ago and I still don't see myself there...

Check the profile and privacy section of the profile update. Maybe you haven't chosen to share anything so it's not showing up?

Ah, I figured out my problem. I had 2012 selected as my year instead of the 2014 option for the 2+2 applicants.
