CR Question. I would post my doubt separately so that it doesn't reveal the answer in the question text itself.

I understand the other choices but why isn't the ans to D important?
If yes, it would mean that pollination would continue
If no, it means that an alternate method is required.

In all CR questions we need to find the conclusion. Here we have the conclusion indicated by the keyword "Therefore".

"Therefore, if the honey bee population continues this drastic decline, then most fruits will no longer be available to consumers".

So to weaken this conclusion, we need to find alternatives that could be used instead of depending on the honey bee population, which the rest of the choices except D do.

In CR Weaken the conclusions question, frst the conclusion should be clearly defined. here the conclusion is that declining honey bee population will result in furits not being available to customers. No where does this conclusion talks about pesticides or mites or any other reason that might be responsible for this declining population. thus for the purpose of weaknening this conclusion, we have to focus on correlation between declining population and unavailble fruits.
Other options provide alternative for pollination or availability- hand pollination/ genetic manufacture/ other countries/ other insects- which all can imply that the fruits can be available even when the bee population falls.
D talks of whether decreased used of pesticides will result in reversing the declining population . but how is that important to the srgument's conclusion.? The conclusion, as discussed, doesnt talk of reasons of falling population, but only of impact of falling population. Hence D is the correct option that doesnt weaken.
