no info about rate of T
hence combined also insuff

1) You have no information on Hose T so 1 is insufficient
2) You have no information on Hose T or P so insufficient

Combine 1 &2, still insufficient.

Therefore the answer is E

Capacity 45,000l
We need to know the rate of P+T
1. A rate of P, but we do not know the rate of T - UNSUFF
2. We do not know the rate of T – UNSUFF
1-2 still we do not have the rate of T – UNSUFF
E

P.S. For DS work-rade / distance –rate question, you do not need to waste your time doing this example, just take a look what current examples are asking you for and what sort of information is giving to you
