My score at present is Q46 V30 i.e 630.. I want to cross the magic figure of 700 and possibly even 730. Is that feat possible and how to go about it.
I have also 10-11 hours to spare for study in a day. have taken 3 weeks off for my exam

Hi old timer! Good to see you.

It is hard to study that long per day and pretty unproductive. You are probably better off studying 3-4 hrs per day max in 2 sessions. And doing some weights or cardio in between and then spending the rest of time reading some GMAT fiction.

You can cover a lot of ground in a day, there’s no doubt that it won’t stick and you’ll be just covering material for the sake of covering it rather than actually remembering it using it and applying it.

Maybe you will get better advice from someone who managed to do more in one day. I could not.

Hi vamkrispk,

In a recent post (here - https://gmatclub.com/forum/improving-in ... 07408.html), you stated that you had only been studying for about 1.5 weeks.

Assuming that that first CAT Score was an accurate assessment of your skills, raising a 630 to the point that you can consistently score 730+ will likely require at least another 2-3 months of consistent, guided study - and you'll have to make significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections. Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. That having been said, with a November 7th Test Date, you only have a little over 3 weeks of study time remaining. While I understand that you want to be done with the GMAT sooner rather than later, you will almost certainly need more study time than you have allotted.

1) What are the exact application deadlines for the Schools that you plan to apply to?

Hi Vamkrispk,

Although your quant score is pretty solid, it’s going to be pretty challenging to make a huge leap in verbal in just 21 days. If you needed to, would you be able to take the GMAT at a later date? Also, would you like some general advice on how to improve your verbal skills?
