Hello Everyone !

Can anyone help ????
GMAT scales verbal and quant scores on 60 points scale. How do I know where I stand on my scaled scores.
Can anyone recommend some verbal and quant tests so that I can know my verbal/quant scaled score ?

Thanks for your help !

Both Manhattan GMAT and GMAT Prep include scaled scores as well as a total score out of 800.

Also, even though the scale goes to 60, it's realistically up to 51.

Thanks for the reply !
1. Manhattan GMAT and GMAT Prep are only tests that give scaled scores ?
2. By GMAT Prep you mean 2 free tests on MBA.com
3. Can you please elaborate on this "even though the scale goes to 60, it's realistically up to 51." as I found in most places that the score is scaled to a 60 point scale.
4. Can you recommend some free GMAT tests that can show the status of my preparation ?

Thanks !

1. I'm sure other tests also give scaled scores, but those are the two that I used that I know for sure include the scaled scores.
2. Yes, the free ones.
3. I mean that I haven't seen anyone get above a 51 in either section. Even if you answered every question correctly, I don't think they give you 60.
4. The best ones are the ones on mba.com, but Manhattan, Kaplan, Veritas and possibly a few others also have free tests. Do a search of the forums--I think somebody compiled a full list.

Hope that helps!
