How do Rotation Programs affect your chances?

At this point, focus on your full-time job. You're barely out of school, and you're about to enter a new phase in your life after a lifetime so far in the classroom -- avoid thinking too much about b-school at this point, or trying to define and frame your next few years around getting into b-school.

Whether you have a shot at a top b-school at this point shouldn't be a concern. What should be your biggest concern is learning as much as you can and doing as much as you can in your full-time job. Focus on building your career (which is rooted in real world, full-time experience) instead of collecting certificates and degrees. Given that you've been in school all your life this may be a harder thing to appreciate now, but believe me, with a few years of full-time experience you'll understand for yourself why. At this point, it's a matter of blind faith to focus on what's right in front of you: your job.
