Hi Guys,
I'm looking for some quick input.
I just finished my interviews with INSEAD 5 days ago. How long does it take on average before I can get my final decision?
I have an offer from another school. Is it advisable to inform INSEAD and ask them to expedite the process?
Any tips would be appreciated.

Hi!
I waited for about a month to get admission result after finishing two interviews. From my experience is no matter when you finished your interviews, the results only start rolling out around 1 week before the official final decision day. I guess you could send an email to your AO and mention your offer from another school just to have them aware of your situation.

The other poster is correct. The timing of your interview doesn't have an impact on the timing for a decision on your candidacy unless it's a rolling application process such as for Columbia Business School.
Therefore, you are kind of beholden to the application timeline that is fairly public and consistent with past years. I would look towards past posts and information online for more clarity.
As for the other school, you can TRY to ask INSEAD for an expedited process but I seriously doubt they will grant it. They are going to basically tell you to respect their process, implying that they don't care about the process for one of their peer institutions. If they are flexible for you, they will have to be flexible for anyone else that asks.
You will have a much easier time asking the school to which you have been accepted for additional time.
Worst case scenario, you put down a deposit on the first school and see how INSEAD plays out.
