Sum of digits must be divisible by 3 to make a number divisible by three.

Dropping 0, we have 5 4 3 2 1 which can be arranged in 5! ways i.e. 120 ways

Dropping 3, we have 5 4 2 1 0 which can be arranged in 4x4x3x2x1= 96 ways

Total 216 ways.

But how to improve my timing for this I don't know.
