I have my exam on 26th Sept and unfortunately I haven't taken any mock yet.

I gave GMAT two years back and score was horrible.. 530

However this time I feel like more confident and probably will cross 700..

Only thing ,I am bit nervous is mock.
Is it necessary to take mocks(more than 3) or should I more concentrate on theory and solving timed question ?

I have taken about 8 or so CATs during my prep. However, I have taken a number of them section by section (just quant or just verbal).
That saved a lot of time and helped me focus only on Q or V.

My take on it....Take as many mocks as possible to acclimatize yourself. Take them in strict accordance with the rules of the exam. That lets you develop the stamina to sit in front of a screen.

The first mock I took, I screwed. Was short on time and by the time I was done with the exam my eyes were stinging. For someone who doesn't have the habit of staring at a computer screen, its imperative that you develop that stamina.

Thanks bb kill3rlook5 for your input.

I realize this issue just now... I sat for my first mock.. Within 5 minutes.. I shut screen off.. was completely panic.

In next 5 minutues... I solved same questions and got it all correct....

Now I realize where I was going wrong.. Issue with this Exam is not howmuch you know(theoretical) .. You need to develop that stamina ... and it is a gradual process ..

Worry part is my take in 26th of this month, and I don't have much time to practice mocks.. Still I am thinking about to take this take as trial and let me see where I stand...

And will take one more attempt in a month...

if you find better approach than above.. Please suggest me.... Even minute input will help me a lot.
