Circumference=4=2$$\pi$$r
r=$$\frac{2}{\pi}$$
Diameter = $$\frac{4}{\pi}$$
Each side of square = 12
No. of non-overlapping circles on each side = $$\frac{12}{4/\pi}$$ = $$3\pi$$ = 9(Approx)
Total no. of circles = 9x9 = 81
