Multiples of 3 from 1 to 125 = [125/3] = 41
Multiples of 7 from 1 to 125 = [125/7] = 17
Multiples of 3&7 both i.e. 21 from 1 to 125 = [125/21] = 5 (these numbers have been counted among multiples of 3 as well as among multiples of 7 hence need to be excluded once)

i.e. Total Desired Numbers = 41+17-5 = 53

Answer: Option B
