DIVISORS of 64 - 1,2,4,8,16,32,64
out of these only 4,8,16,32,64 are the multiples of 4 so answer should be 5

It's all the powers of 2 smaller than or equal to 64, minus 2 itself.

64 is 2^6, so not taking into account 2 itself, we have 5 powers, or 5 numbers that fit the bill.

Divisors of 64 are 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64, all of which are multiples of 4 except 1 and 2. So there are 5 positive integers that are both multiples of 4 and divisors of 64
