every 12 hours result in 11 overlaps.
the actually time of overlap is calculated with: minutes after the hour = h (# of hours) * 12/11 * 5 minutes
starting with 12:00 and then 1*12/11*5=60/11 minutes= 5 minutes and 5/11 minute or about 5 mins and 27 secs --> 01:05:27, ....
