1. Hmmmm. this looks a bit messy, but you h ave to see what you can do with it to make sense with some creative storytelling. It's hard for me to say what to do because I don't know: what industry you are in; what firms you are talking about; whether your startup got any results. And it will make a difference.

2. That's okay. Schools know that for founders of startups they can't really expect LORs. Just get the two from your previous employers.
