A it is
B, C and D can be dismissed outright because they don't follow parallelism. You need the form "agree that... and that..." E is wrong because it does not draw the contrast between the first half vis-a-vis the second half of the sentence as A would. In other words, you would need an adverb "however much" in order to link the two phrases otherwise they are constructed just as two independent clauses.
