I cannot the draw the figure but here is the description of it:

Flower bed is described as a rectangle with semicircle dome on top. PQRS is rectangle with P at lower left corner and QRS go in clockwise(QR > RS). On side QR a semicircle is sitting. What is the perimeter of the flower bed?

1. The perimeter of rectangle PQRS is 28 feet.
2. Each diagonal of rectangle PQRS is 10 feet long
