In option B the comma between "are to" & "be believed" is confusing to me, apart from that the sentence seems OK.

In option C the ending " If Business journals are believable" is awkward and redundant since the if clause is already mentioned so there is no use for believable, as per me. It should be "are to be believed"

in C " if BF are believable" changes the meaning and awkward too..
