Would I be a fool not to go to the Duke MBA workshop? I'm not sure if my boss will allow me to leave work for those two days. Just being accepted has given me some validation in terms of my essays, but would I be a fool not to take this opportunity to go to Duke and partcipate in this workshop?

Go, I went to the weekend event in October and Fuqua is great. Your current position will not matter next year if you are a Blue Devil.

you wanna go. we just wrapped up women's weekend, and it's a great experience. you will learn a ton about duke and b-school in general. you can start to explore careers. the networking is awesome - current students, other applicants, and in a different way, adcoms.

work will soon be long ago and far away. we're talking about the future here.

and congrats on the invite!
