Can everyone please try to post whether your passages are long or short (if you don't have numbers on the side of the paragraph)?

It's hard to keep track how well you're doing on timing when you think a passage is short, but it's actually a long one

Long Passage : 3-5 para ; requires scrolling on GMAT Prep

Short Passage: 1-2 para; no scrolling required on GMAT Prep.

I was referring mainly to the posts on the forum. Some don't indent after paragraphs so it looks like one long paragraph

I second your views on passages in the forum. This is something which screws up the strategy sometimes.

I would still recommend the same as before -

If the passage is 1-2 para - Consider it a small passage and read through it completely.

If the passage is 4-5 para - Consider it a long passage and read first para and skim the rest.

Anything in between - depends upon para length.
