Good is always used as adjective/adverb and IS TYPICALLY USED TO COMPARE two things to state both of them involved in comparison are good or equal

better than is used as comparative to compare say, two nouns to say one is more preferable than the other...

PS: Best is used to compare more than 2 things

Adj/Adv-Comp-Sup

Good-Better-Best
Bad-Worse-Worst
Many/Much-More-Most
Less-Less,lesser-Least

Sorry! Don't have examples... but I am fairly sure it's always better to say "at least as good as"!
