Part/Whole= Percent/100

0.2/1000=Percent/100

Percent=0.2 *100/1000 = 0.02

$$\frac{0.2}{1000}$$ $$[*]$$100 = 0.2 $$[*]$$ $$\frac{100}{1000}$$ = 0.2 $$[*]$$$$\frac{1}{10}$$ =0.02
