The chemistry principle of C*V initial = C*V Final can be applied to this problem:
(\(\frac{2}{3}\))*(5) = C Final *6
\(\frac{10}{3}\)* \(\frac{1}{6}\) = C Final
\(\frac{10}{18}\) = 0.555555 = 55.5555% = C Final
