1/pq = 4/15 or pq = 15/4

From S1:

p+q = 4
from the question, pq = fraction then either one of value is fraction or both.
Also, p>q.
Only p = 5/2 and q = 3/2 sastifies the above conditions.
Hence we can find the value of 1/q-1/p.
Sufficient.

From S2:

1/p = 2/5
then q = 3/2.
Hence sufficient.

D is the answer.
