1 "@" 1 = 1

=> "@" can be multiplication, division, exponent etc

We need to find a unique value for -2 @ -2

Statement 1

-1 @ -1 = 1

can be multiplication or division

=> -2 @ -2 can be either 4 or 1

Statement 1 is not sufficient

Statement 2

0 @ 0 = 0

=> "@" can be multiplication

=> -2 @ -2 can be -2 * -2

=> -2 @ -2 can be 4

=> -2 @ -2 \(\neq\) 1

Statement 2 is sufficient

Hence option B

Hi Nikz021,

Here the operation "@" yields a definite value.

You know \(\frac{0}{0}\) is undefined.

Hence we can't take consider 0/0 which is undefined.
