Each line will intersect all the other lines
1 line - 24 intersections
Each consecutive line will also have 24 intersections, however we exclude one for because of the repetition
2 line - 23
3 line - 22
...
25 line - 0 intersections
As the numbers are consecutive, the average is equal to the the median and is equal 12. The total number of intersections are 25*12 =300
