If 4 d x d 12, is the tens digit of x! prime?

(1) x is even
(2) x! has exactly 3 distinct prime factors

PS: I wasn't able to interpret the problem. Any pointers?

"B"

I think the problem is like this ....4<x<12

so x can be 5,6,7,8,9,10,11

state 1....if x = 6.....x! = 720...tens digit is 2 (prime)....if x = 8 ...x! = tens is 2 (prime)....if x = 10.....x! = tens digit is 0 (not prime) ...insuff

state 2....x can be 5, 6 only x! has 2 in tens digit....which is prime...suff..
