Total number of Frames$$= 2580 \quad Frames$$

Rate $$= \frac{5 \quad Frames}{6 \quad Second}$$

Time to run (in second) $$= \frac{2580 \quad Frames}{ \frac{5 \quad Frames}{6 \quad Second}}=\frac{2580*6}{5}$$ seconds

Time to run (in minutes)$$=\frac{2580*6}{5*60}$$ minutes $$= 51.6$$ minutes

It will take 2580/(5/6) = 15,480/5 = 3096 seconds or 3096/60 = 51.6 minutes.

Alternate Solution:

We can set up a proportion: “5/6 of a frame is to 1 second as 2580 frames is to x seconds:”

(5/6)/1 = 2580/x

5/6 = 2580/x

5x = 6 x 2580

x = 6 x 516 seconds

In minutes, we divide by 60 (or 6 x 10), obtaining:

6 x 516 / 6 x 10 = 51.6 minutes.

Application of Concept Distance=Speed * Time

Time=Distance/ Speed

=2580/(5/6)
=(2580*6)/5
=516*6/60 minutes
=51.36 mins

We can use unitary method for this and get to the conclusion ->

$$\frac{5}{6}$$ Frames ---------- 1 second

Hence,

1 Frame --------------- $$\frac{6}{5}$$ seconds

Now we have 2580 frames, therefore,

2580 Frames ------------- $$\frac{6}{5} * 2580$$ seconds

Solving further,

2580 Frames ------------- $$6 * 516$$ seconds

Converting second to minutes

$$6 * 516$$ seconds = $$\frac{6}{60} * 516$$ minutes

Hence, B
