If a cube has the same volume (in cubic units) as surface area (in square units), what is the length of one side?

(A) 1

(B) 3

(C) 5/3

(D) 6

(E) No such cube is possible
.

Volume of cube = \(a^3\)

Surface area of cube = \(6a^2\).

\(a^3 = 6a^2\)

\(a^3 - 6a^2 = 0\)

\(a^2 *(a - 6) = 0\)

\(a =0 or a =6\).

\(a= 0\) not possible.
Hence \(a = 6\) is the ans.

Answer - D
