Answer E

I believe it will be further less than 75%

Try multiple values here

a = 100, 1/a = 0.01, Now this 0.01 is what % less than 100, this what has been asked to us.

a = 25, 1/25 = 0.04, Now this 0.04 is what % less than 100.

Quote which i can relate to.

Build equations using the answers:
A)\(\frac{1}{a}=\frac{3}{4}a\) -> \(a=\sqrt{\frac{4}{3}} =\) NO integer

We see here that a is the root of the reciprocal of \(1 - given\) % (in fraction)
B) \(a=\sqrt{\frac{3}{2}} =\) NO integer
C) \(a=\sqrt{2} =\) NO integer
D) \(a=\sqrt{3} =\) NO integer
E) \(a=\sqrt{4} = 2 =\) positive integer
