IMO the answer is E
Statement 1: 6a/5<1/5> a<1/6>a<0.16... hence not sufficient
Statement 2: 500a>45> a>9/100>a>0.09... hence not sufficient
if we combine the statements then 0.09<a<0.16 which is still not conclusive enough!
