(A) 1/K
(B) 10/K
(C) 100/K
(D) 10,000/K
(E) 100,000/K

a is K percent of b
--> a = K/100*b
--> b = 100a/K ....... (1)

b is what percent of 0.1a
Let b be x percent of 0.1a
--> b = x/100*(0.1a)
--> 100*a/K = x/100*a/10
--> 100*a/K = x*a/1000
--> x = 100,000/K

IMO Option E

Pls Hit Kudos if you like the solution

I did this using a dummy example

8 is 20% of 40=>so 40 is what percent of 0.8=> this gives me 5000%=> therefore option E ,that is, 100,000/20=5000

given ; a=k/100 * b
and find b = x/100 * 0.1a
so solve for x ; 100,000/K

If a is K % of b => a = \(\frac{Kb}{100}\)
=> b = \(\frac{100a}{K}\) = \(\frac{1000}{K}\) * (.1a) = \(\frac{100000}{K}\) % of .1a.

IMO E
